Pleasant stay We had a very pleasant stay in this family hotel. The owners and Isabelle are very friendly and take care of their guests. Breakfast was served in the garden. The hotel has a swimming pool with deckchairs, a solarium on the terrace and drinks machines. We highly recommend it.

We will return for our 60th wedding anniversary Very good holiday in a very well located hotel at 2 steps from the lagoon and the centre. Perfect staff from the owners to the maintenance staff. We plan to return next year. Resort also includes a free shuttle bus and many attractions.

Dog refused then announced permit on the internet and at the entrance of the hotel ??!!!! Hotels that refuse dogs are understandable, but hotels that refuse them even though they advertise them as allowed on the internet and at the entrance of the hotel are not understandable.the receptionist explains to us that dogs are no longer accepted for certain reasons.ok but why no update either on the internet or at the entrance? So that dog lovers don't have to travel for nothing!

Very satisfactory holiday in Balaruc les Bains. A little gem of a hotel, right in the centre of Balaruc les bains, with a warm, family welcome, with fresh news every morning. And the cherry on the cake: swimming pool, jacuzzi, solarium, shady garden, excellent breakfast by the pool.

NOT TO BE MISSED I find it difficult to understand Andrée B's comment This is our second stay in this hotel, Cedric the owner is a smiling man who is really commercial. I had booked a stay that I cancelled several months later without having taken the precaution of subscribing to the cancellation insurance "highly recommended". My deposit should have been lost, but Cedric accepted that I convert it into a stay at my convenience "A BIG BRAVO".?????? she has a big smile, is happy to do you a favour, is very attentive to her customers, I had found a garage for rent which for a 4 day stay made me pay for the whole week + management fees, without me asking for anything the owners phoned me to tell me that they had cancelled my garage rental and had found me a garage space payable by the day, i.e. 4 days In these uncertain times of COVID you have to understand that traders have had to cut back on staff knowing that they can close overnight To say that it's dirty IS FALSE, it would just need a little maintenance, but it's a 3 * family hotel at very reasonable prices and let's not talk about the breakfasts which for the modest sum of 8 € is very copious It is an establishment that I would recommend to try, it will surely be adopted A big bravo and thank you to Cédric and his wife, please don't change anything in your behaviour Georges SIBOUN

TO BE AVOIDED TO BE AVOIDED if you like cleanliness, barrier gestures, quietness "you can hear everything from one room to another" as well as the chairs on the balconies located on the floor above. If you have the misfortune to make a remark about the cleanliness of your room, the owner does not hesitate to insult you in a nasty way, a real furious person, she has no consideration for the Customer. Having been here for 10 days and having had a problem with my lost room key, the cleaning lady looked for it in the presence of the manageress and found under the bed a credit card of a previous Client. She cannot do the cleaning properly, she works 7 days a week from 9am in the morning to 7pm at night. I am a pleasant and smiling person and this is the first time I have been confronted with such a character. For me, this hotel is not at all of the level of a 3* hotel but rather that of a family guesthouse.

A little jewel in the centre excellent hotel, clean, pleasant, spacious and large room, the outside is magnificent, copious breakfasts at the edge of the swimming pool, solarium with jacuzzi on the roof. The owners are incredibly kind and attentive. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in the area. I recommend this establishment to 100%
