s\u00e9jour dans cet h\u00f4tel , C\u00e9dric le patron est un homme souriant vraiment commercial J'avais r\u00e9serv\u00e9 un s\u00e9jour que j'ai annul\u00e9 plusieurs mois apr\u00e8s sans avoir pris la pr\u00e9caution de souscrire l'assurance annulation \"fortement recommand\u00e9\"  mes arrhes auraient dues \u00eatre perdues, mais C\u00e9dric a accept\u00e9 que je les convertisses en un s\u00e9jour \u00e0 ma convenance \"UN GRAND BRAVO\" quand \u00e0 dire que la patronne est une furie??????? elle a un grand sourire , est heureuse de vous rendre service, est aux petits soins pour ses clients, j'avais trouv\u00e9 \u00e0 la location un garage qui pour un s\u00e9jour de 4 jours me faisait payer la semaine compl\u00e8te + des frais de gestion, sans que je ne demande rien les patrons m'ont t\u00e9l\u00e9phoner pour me dire qu'ils avaient annul\u00e9 ma location de garage et m'avaient trouv\u00e9 une place de garage payable \u00e0 la journ\u00e9e soit 4 jours\nEn cette p\u00e9riode incertaine de COVID  il faut comprendre que les commer\u00e7ants ont d\u00fb r\u00e9duire leur personnel sachant qu'ils peuvent fermer du jour au lendemain\nDire que c'est sale C'EST FAUX il manquerait juste un peu d'entretien, mais c'est un h\u00f4tel 3 * familial \u00e0 des prix tr\u00e8s raisonnables et ne parlons pas des petits d\u00e9jeuners qui pour la modique somme de 8 \u20ac est votre chambre La patronne n\u2019h\u00e9site pas \u00e0 vous invectiver m\u00e9chamment une vraie furie, elle n\u2019a aucune consid\u00e9ration pour le Client. Etant l\u00e0 depuis 10 jours ayant eu un probl\u00e8me avec ma cl\u00e9 de chambre \u00e9gar\u00e9e, la femme de m\u00e9nage l\u2019a cherch\u00e9e en pr\u00e9sence de la patronne et \u00e0 trouv\u00e9 sous le lit une carte bleue d\u2019un pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent Client \u00e7a montre bien que le nettoyage est mal effectu\u00e9. Celle-ci ne peut effectuer le m\u00e9nage convenablement elle travaille 7\/7 jours de 9h le matin \u00e0 19h le soir.\nJe suis une personne agr\u00e9able et souriante et c\u2019est la 1\u00e8re fois que je suis confront\u00e9e \u00e0 un tel personnage.
